![]() ![]() Their reasoning was “ well if you put in one new part the older ones start acting up”. On that Tuesday I go to retrieve the car and was told there was moisture on my coils and they just needed to be replaced. I was then told they wouldn’t be able to work on it until the next Tuesday. ![]() I called to let them know what was happening and was told to bring it back. I left the parking lot and as soon as we hit the hwy the engine malfunction. I was told Friday for sure, they completed on Friday and so Saturday we went to pick it up. Thursday came, I reached out and was told they were still backed up, I let them know this needs to be done because I need my car for work. I was then told oh the mechanic wasn’t able to get to it but it should be Thursday. That came and went with no contact to update me, so I reached out to see what the deal was. So I rolled with it, they said it’ll be done by Tuesday. Once there they told me that they weren’t going to be able to get to it that day and they had no rentals so I’d need to find a ride, mind you I don’t live in Greensboro. I set an appointment on a Monday brought my car was told I could sit and wait for it to be repaired. Idk about the other advisors, but it would be a better option than her.I took my X6 to have a leaky gasket replaced during their Black Friday service sales event in 2021 and had nothing but issues since. It doesn't even sound like she knows what she's doing. If you want to save yourself a headache, avoid her. the car was clean and all, so I am going back someday, but definitely not to be attended by that little girl. When we got checked out, everything was great. We eventually got a status update, but it was definitely not from her. I have to take this, but just straight up, ignore the fact we're talking to attend her needs, NOPE!! The way she behaved is unacceptable and should be accountable for it. I tried to ask, and as I was asking, not only did she give me a little smirk and replied with an attitude, her PERSONAL phone began ringing and answered that instead of helping us! Idk if this is new in customer service to put personal needs before customers or to not be polite, at least, but I did not appreciate that! I would understand if it were an emergency and say, "Excuse me for a moment. when we were checking the status of my friend's car, he wasn't around, so we asked the LITTLE GIRL that is playing advisor. The advisor that helped my friend was amazing, I think his name was Anthony. Everything was going very well until I encountered a rude girl. I recently bought my first BMW elsewhere and came to this place with a friend of mine to see if I should get my car serviced there or not. You definitely made our day with your rating!
